I've wanted an IS 350 for a long long time (YEARS!) and I don't mind the 2nd gen (in some ways I think it looks better than the 2014) especially because Ultrasonic Blue is my dream color. Is this a good deal? The only problem is I live in SoCal now, my parents live in the Bay Area though. Is this a good deal and practical for them to buy it for me?

The only thing I'm skeptical of is the seller/dealer, it's gotten some bad reviews before.

Also, I'm guessing it's not Certified. Does that actually make a difference. Please help!!!

Just checked its carfax too, its clean as a whistle.
