Adam looks amazing! cant wait to see the car in person next month . You should paint the calipers red, would match well with seats and tails

Definitely makes me want to take turns fast now, as that area has obviously been inporoved and I feel very planted. So much fun. They do take some getting used to getting out of them, getting in is ok but out I had to figure that one out haha it's only 4 bolts in and out so I could end up just using these for show but so far I love them too much to ever take them out.
When I had my Recaro, My technique is placing my right hand on the doorsill (I am Right-hand Drive, by the way), left hand placing on the edge of the left seat bolster then brace myself to cross over the seat bolster then lower myself into the seat. For getting out, it is just a reversal of procedure. This way, I can avoid damaging or wearing out the bolster which is the fist thing to wear out in the seat. Or you can get the bolster protector.

Yeah it's the NRG harness bar, I painted it vermillion red (BMW color code).

Thanks, they really are. They messed up the carbon shell on one (very minor) and re-made one in a couple days in order to get them to me for a show/meet here too.

Thanks Josh, calipers are staying white, wheels are changing soon instead still trying to figure out Cali trip... Driving boosted through the desert scares me, need meth injection ASAP lol

Yeahhhh the cooling feature is missed, but looking at the seats and driving with them makes up for it.

I haven't weighed them (or the stocks) yet, but I will. I know the shipping weight from fedex for both seats and side mounts was 46lbs (brackets and sliders came separate)

Thanks, I do my best with photography, but I still feel amateur... I use the auto mode after all lol.

It's a nikon d3100, stock lens and eBay vivitar wide angle lens used. All photos are unedited as well.

Thanks everyone, wasn't sure how these would go over on the forums since our cars aren't typically taken this direction too often (although I'm no where near the first to do racing seats).

And again, wheels are supposed to change soon (before Pursuit in Cali, if I make it) to help tie in the red seats!

Thank you, and True story, although i love the Brides too. Didnt know you had racing seats too tho I could lie and say i was trying to support the American economy buying domestic, but i really just liked being able to have the seats exactly how i chose.

Thanks! You should get some, quality is top notch for sure on the sets.
No i have the airbag light on, and the passenger airbag is permanently off since there is no passenger seat sensor anymore... I asked Lexus dealer if the car had a function to turn the passenger airbag on 100% of time so my passengers are safe, but they said they dont. :/ So i got to figure something out myself
