Default How much should I offer on this IS250?

2012 IS250 F-Sport
17,500 miles
Nebula Gray
Certified Pre-owned

Listed for $37,000
2 previous owners, no issues.

Found out from "my sources" that the previous owner bought it with 11k in January for $31,000.

A year old car with 2 previous owners raises a bit of a red flag.

It really depends what options it has. Anyhow I think is way too much, $30-33k would be more realistic.
Here's an F with same mileage at almost $30k

it says they used at as a "fleet car" or something. So I think it was used for test drives or rentals maybe....

For that price, might as well buy a brand new 13' IS250 F-Sport

Buy a 350. You will be much happier. Sounds pretty steep.

lol well I made an offer on it, which was rejected as "not realistic". Means I made a good offer in my opinion. I know how much the previous owner bought it for and it's a lot less than the asking price and that's before she put 6k miles on it.

Getting out of a bad deal is the best thing you can do. Never rush, you'll find a car you want at the price you want.

Welp, bit the bullet and am buying this one tomorrow: (already bought I guess...picking it up)

One quick question: Pretty sure I'm only getting one key. That sucks. I guess I have to waste a couple hundred on another one?

No! Don't settle for just one key, it comes with 2 keys! Ask them for another key or the deal is off.
Trust me, they will give you one! ^_^

update: Got car on the 5th or so...it's totally awesome and all of that. last Thursday, the 10th, a freak (small) tornado hits my office and blows tile of the roof and directly on my car. About an 8 inch white scratch/dent on my nebula gray fsport I've had for 5 days. REALLY?

Missed my sunroof by literally less than an inch.
