I get the basic but what I want to know is, when they say stay around or below invoice, is that OTD as in with all taxes and fees included or before?

I never really understood when someone says, I paid 1k below invoice.. is that 1k under after all taxes + fees, or just the car then you add taxes +fees?

Because if you paid 1k under from invoice of 39K (38K) on the car only, after tax its above 39K.
it depends on how they say it. if they say 41k OTD then thats including taxes and others. it just its just 1k under invoice then theres most likely still taxes that needs to be included. i got mine 41k OTD back in 07

MSRP = manufacturer's suggested retail price; it doesn't have any extra meaning.

The OTD number generally use to include all fees and taxes.

My 2011 F Sport IS350 MSRP was $47,8XX. Got it down to $38,XXX. After tax and extended 4 year warranty. Price out the door was around $41,3XX

I thought I clearly said I knew what it stands for...

But it's okay, its either my question was uncleared or no one knows.

Guess I'll find out .

Thanks
