So a few weeks ago my passenger headlights beam pattern changed and it went all over the place as did the output decrease, so a few days ago I replaced it with some replacement Phillips from Amazon and the beam pattern is fine when you first put it in but then during a drive it changes and becomes bad and dim, I do not know what is wrong, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys!

If you are still under warranty then go to the dealer, they'll probably just give you a new headlight.

Ballast could be bad. Have you try switching bulb Left to right?

Is the bulb all the way in the headlight assembly? It could be loose, so make sure the bulb is properly secured.

you prolly didn't seated it in all the way....does it shine on the ground with a black blob in middle ? the proper way is with the wire facing the rear of the car.
