Default How many x50 owners used to own a lude?

Sorry if this is in the wrong place but i was wondering how many people used to own preludes before they got their x50?

97 base:
-OEM front and sides
-Mugen rears
-5spd swap with M2B4 LSD on a H22a4 after my auto tranny took a dump on me
-Tint
-Injen short ram
-Greddy exhaust
-Red engine cover
-White LED interior buttons and gauge lights w/red needles
-Red out tail lights

I loved this car. anyone used to own one and what mods did you have?

I had a Type SH. It was one of the best handling cars I've owned/driven for its price

I see JDM fogs/Retrofit projectors/Acura RSX wheels/WWRS lip kit... Those RSX wheels, along with the projectors, until i decided to sell and you're right the Preludes handle like a dream.

I initially owned a mint 1983 red prelude, to this day one of my favorite cars! I still think the styling on the last gens are sweet.

Sure did! Used to run a local prelude club. We had many great years together and still keep in touch despite moving all over the world.

Not sure if I can think of all of my mods anymore, gave her up in 2010 for my is250.

-Custom paint
-Mugen front (painted oem silver in fog light area)
-CF hood
-CF interior (not overlays)
-cleared out taillights and front turn signals (removed the orange)
-AEM cold air intake
-JDM H22 with LSD trans swap (red valve cover)
-Teins coilovers (dropped as low as I could with the rims)
-Halo headlights
-debadged everything
-19" Volks i think they were
-Full exhaust but I forget what kind

thats most of it i think

I still miss that car, but I dont miss the money I spent on modding it. lol

I also owned one back in the day, Crystal Blue Metallic. It was a great car but a money pit!. Went through too many body kits and wheels...

But off the top of my head, this is what I remember:

Mugen side skirts and rear
Mugen rear trunk spoiler
OEM Front Lip
RSR Exhaust
JDM Fog lights
JDM Door sills
JDM Visors
JDM Red valve cover
Mugen Oil Cap
OEM CF interior trim kit
Spoon gunmetal shift ****
Civic Type R Steering Wheel
Custom CF spark plug cover
Custom CF short ram intake
Cusco front and rear strut bars
AEM rear tie bar
TEIN SS
Racing Hart M5s
Shave hood and trunk
Bride Brix seats
etc

First car I ever owned was a 1988 Honda Prelude Si in white.

I loved that car....I was 18 at the time when I bought it in 1996.

No mods done to it.

Haha yeah I was on there back in 08! My username was Inspire. Surprisingly my IS250 handles pretty well also lowered. Would be nice to have sway bars/manual though.

hope you enjoy the lip kit colage, i was 19 once too

wasn't in bayareaprelude, i was in New Orleans at the time so it was just me and a friend zakk that modded our ludes clean

btw this is what i used on my lude to red out the tails, maybe an alternative to the the red film you guys have been using worked good:

No prelude but I worked on tons of them done everything to them from 5 speed conversion to H22 swaps. Also as you can see from my Signature I'm still in the Honda family even though my Integra spends most of its time locked up in my garage.

This is right before I started my engine swap from my B16 to my current B18C set up.
