I'm not sure because sewell uses the same part number, but there is a big price difference between the two. My guess is NO

Yes, depends which headlight though...

the difference in headlights are either Halogen, HID, or HID/LED. All the same physical shape

If you are going from halogen to HID or HID/LED, you need to get the ballasts and bulbs. If you already have HID then there is nothing needed.

To add to his post if you go the HID/LED route you will also need the flasher relay.

I have had ISC headlights in my sedan and now I am putting the ISC bumper on my sedan and the lights are the same with the only difference being the inner workings as GiantsFan has explained.

so if i have a is250 sedan with hid lights can i buy a set of the 2012 ISC LED headlights and swap it over to my sedan? Reason im asking is because my friend is selling her 2012 ISC headlights with LED and I wanna buy it but not sure if it will fit on my sedan. as i mention i do have HID headlights so is it just plug n play? The part number are different so idk if that matters?
