Default OEM intake with drilled airbox

I currently have a JoeZ intake and i have the lower section of the airbox drilled for the extra intake noise. I'm thinking to put my OEM intake back in to diagnose some issues I am having so wondering if i can run the OEM intake with the drilled box?

I mean, the only difference between the stock intake and the JoeZ is the metal pipe so I dont think so. You may just have more noise because of the holes.

What other issues are you having?

What issues are you having? The difference in tubing is related to noise reduction. You'll just be a little quieter. The sound emanating from the lower box will still be there.
