Its been a looong time since I've been active on CL and it feels good to be back! My car is being repainted, and I'm stuck between two colors. My custom color Phantom Athlete Silver Mica(PASM) or Ultra Sonic Blue(USB). Its time to decide, and would like your opinions. If you vote other, post the color.

I would go with PASM. Anyone can buy a USB IS, but not everyone gets a custom color done like PASM

Look, I vote for Phantom Athlete Silver Mica. I think it looks great. If you want a different color I say do another custom. Ultra Sonic Blue is an awesome color, but I think if you're leaning that way go with something unique. I'm genuinely excited to see what you got going on over there but if youre wanting to change it up, CHANGE IT UP!

Thanks for the input guys! I should probably add to my intention with my cars last make over.

My motivation this time around isn't to be the lowest of the low, loudest of the loud, or baddest of the bad. Not saying my car was ever any of these things, but that was always the goal.

I've decided I'm keeping this car for as long as I can, and it will serve as my daily for a very long time. Which is my reasoning for maybe changing back to an OEM color. "why have a custom color on a grocery getter type thing?" Then again, its not orange or purple either, but that's why I made this thread. Again, Thanks for all the input guys!

I vote PASM just because USB is a stock color. But if your going to repaint it why stick with a color sold with the car regardless if you see it as a grocery getter, it doesn't have to look that way unless you want it to... But again why stick with PASM when you can have a totally new color. Is your current PASM paint job bad where it needs a redo?

USB for sure. I get compliments on my car EVERY DAY. No offense to those with grey cars, but you can get any car in grey. The IS was meant to be painted Ultrasonic Blue.

To answer your question, PASM. It's a stock color, why go backwards. If you want something new then choose another subtle color that you like and isn't too loud to keep forever.
