Didn't know why you are repainting if it is the same color. i thought it is already PASM now.
How about a 2 tone color scheme. That would be standing out. I am thinking front with USB and rear with PASM with a 60/40 split at 30 degree angle.

I like both colors but voted for the blue. To be honest, why not go with something "completely different"? Would love to see an IS in a Ferrari red, or perhaps a Porsche 911 yellow? If I were to repaint my car, I would make it worth the trouble and a true one of a kind.

If it's a brand new paint job, I wouldn't do USB. It's a great color, and it stands out nicely. But it's a factory color that is seen pretty common, especially in SoCal. As Slammer1 said, I'd look into other colors, particularly ones that pop like the Ferrari or Porsche vehicles do. My suggestion- if you're inclined to go blue, then go Estoril Blue. Just my thought.
I like your current ride as is, and am looking forward to spotting it again whenever you get a new color.

I know you've said paint, but since many members are saying keep the PASM, have you thought about getting it wrapped in another color?
if crazy color is not your thing, keeping it subtle (in different color) but having it matte or satin color.
that way you can change the look without being it permanent AND down the road you can always go back to PASM. The wrap also can serve as protection for your PASM paint underneath.
to me its a win-win
