So I got the 2011 headlights for my 2008 Lexus IS350 and I have everything except the low beam bulbs. So the problem is all the bulbs work: turn signal and high beam but the led strip won't turn on with the parking light on. So my question is do I need the low beam bulb connected in order to make the led strip turn on? I have not rewired these or anything yet...any input will be great! I've searched through other threads and could not find an answer.

Nvm, figured it out. No splicing required. Moved the pins around following a thread on here and got them to work.
