Just got my letter about this recall. Brought my car to the dealer. Showed them the letter and they mentioned another recall where the internal trunk release lever may snap if pulled in a certain way. Lexus replaced both free of charge except the part where I drive there.

My wipers and trunk release were fine. I just brought it in because of the letter.

I got a call from them 2 weeks ago for wiper bolt and interior trunk release lever. Although both were fine. Took 2 hours but said I couldn't wait on it. Gave me at CT200h loaner. That car is slow as hell compared to my is350. No free gas.

Actually I went to the dealer half tank and they gave it back with a full tank and even noted it on my receipts and stuff.

I didn't wait for the letter, just go to the dealer when I got my oil change and mentioned the 2 recalls. I did get free gas.

Went and got an oil change this past Saturday. They insisted on doing the recalls. I told the SA I knew about them but didn't receive any letters. They were in the process of mailing them out. So I got an oil change and recalls done. They also filled up my tank and I was on E.

Free gas on recall work? You think they would do 1 recall at a time?

Just got a letter in the mail this week too about the wiper recall.
I'm just gonna wait till I go in for an oil change next month or so and have it done then.
Free gas does sound good tho

Full tank of gas will almost cost as much as the oil change. It cost me around 60 bucks to fill up

They keep hounding me to fix my accelerator pedal. I tell them I like how my accelerator is, thanks. But for a full tank of gas? Hmmmm lol

Will they fill it up? Even if I'm on E?
