Can't be done on the HKS V-pro.
Reason: V-Pro can't control 12 injectors, you could drop the DI injectors and take full control of the PI ones but then the piston and combustion chamber design will suffer. Most likely you'll be lean without boost using stock PI.
You could piggyback it. But you'll have alot of CEL
Also you could use the DI only setup and drop the PI then run the HKS Vpro. But your just going full stand alone for no reason and losing alot of built in factory tuning that works well for daily driving.
With the HKS OSC you can fix AFR under light loads and map for the S/C setup with stock ECU. Doing everything and still pass emissions in almost every state.
I passed the NC OBD2 test 2 years back to back using the F-conIS and HKS- OSC setup and never threw a CEL.
If the OP does decide to go HKS F-conIS I have maps he can use that work.
I don't have any for the Vpro unless he drops in a 2JZ-GTE single turbo. LOL......... then I haz maps for that too.
Also your tuner will need the HKS tuner dongle and software. There aren't many HKS" pro tuners" left in the US. But you can buy outside the US and get the equipment yourself.
* The stock fuel limits haven't been hit yet. * I've hit the stock ECU map limit's with my last setup before tuning with the HKS unit. which is @ 6psi.

Ahh I completely forgot about our DI system. Doh
What's is the limit of the factory fuel system?

^^^ Kinda,
FACT, the IS300 ecu, Supra ECU both limit to 80% duty. I have no data to provide about the IS350/250 ECU but I do know that the duty cycle's via the HKS FconIS were around 85% once I was tuned at 7psi.
So your number of 92-95% is a great guess. If it does allow for it. Which I doubt because the AFR would stay 11.0 at all levels of boost if it did drive to that limit.

I saw 85% duty cycles when I logged the is350 at 7 psi as well but that was obviously on the stock ecu....hmmm I'll have to dig thru the logs I saved but I didn't guess 92+ % out of thin air. . I wish my damn car was close to being buttoned up! Lol

How did you get factual data that it stops at 80%? I ask this because I was making over 505whp on the factory injectors (550cc) which would be far more than 80% duty cycle.

Stew, how's it running now? We got some freeeeezing temps coming this week!

Food for thought there^. Come to think of it Aristo vvti swap guys ditch the 440cc injectors and drop the 550s in to run off the stock Jdm ecu....which again would be pushing above 80% duty cycle given the HP they are putting out on single turbos.

Problem is, some of the Lexus CELs are completely ambiguous. I had the code ran on my girlfriends '01 RX300 when she had a VSC light and it basically said 'Yea, this could be anything that has to do with something around the engine.. or something like that. But probably nothing to do with VSC".
