Sounds good. I ordered my oem led side mirrors too. I got two qoutes so far around 600-700 to strip and powder the wheels. Thats without the color. The color is gonna cost me another 120 or so. I cant wait to get it all together!

The teal is gonna look sweet! I would shop around for some more estimates though. When I was looking into having my OE 18s powder coated black, I was quoted $90 per wheel, including the color and the sandblasting. That was the same shop in Raleigh that has done work for HKS350 in the past (sent PM to find out who did his). It was my only set of wheels at the time and was going to take 4-5 days to get done and I couldn't have the car down that long.

Its not reversible, you just sand blast it and powder coat again.

Yeah. It will strip any finish so that they have a raw material to powder coat. It looks absolutely amazing when they come back from a powder coating. And then comes your first rock chip and you want to cry, Lol.

Look at color charts at RAL powder coat, Prismatic, and Powder by the Pound. Prismatic has the color that I'm going with, Jamaican Teal with a Super Chrome base coat and a clear coat top finish.
A deep metallic purple would sick on your car!

The sandblasting shoots sand at a high rate of speed that acts like sand paper to the wheel's finish and takes off the paint, clearcoat, or powder coat and then you have them powder coated with a new color.

To be honest Ive been thinking about some of the following options. Matte dark purple (similar to midnight) matte teal color (similar to candy teal) or a matte white.

I was thinking purple and teal too. I went with teal. There is someone with the same color IS as you with Purple wheels that look so dope. You gotta look at it. I think he has a pic up in the Official Volk Owners Thread.
