So they drop this when the 3IS is released, so much for the supply and demand in today's economy....a lil late and a retrofit looks a like better...

would look a little bit better, with a flip up lid....

I wonder how that thing looks when it turns on??

its a start, a really crappy one but looks like the only option other then an expensive retrofit

Id make that carbon and remove all those buttons. was it so hard to make this, id ont know - four years ago? Seriously i think everyone made one and they all cam out looking like this. I know some of the first page posters took the faceplates from a wreaked one and created a custom. personally, if i wanted a doubl din unit in my car i would do the same.

Default Kit

I would never pay $500 for a kit like that, for that I would upgrade to flyaudio for a few dollars more

Well, it all depend on that LCD screen... if it actually show a decent UI then I don't mind. Think about it, most double din system now is very nice quality screen/UI. I would take it over the flyaudio system or the custom single/double din people use to replace the 6 disc cd changer.

Whoa.

I'm so over the factory stereo low frequency roll off and trying to plan audio systems around OEM integration. I think I may do this..

This looks a lot better and more practical. I kinda like the OEM non navi climate control buttons and LCDs and this kit doesn't compromise the OEM climate control. But it's only good for single DIM.

Quick Reply: Radio dash kit FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!
