Lol.. my F150 has 248,000 on it and I've never replaced anything except the alternator, spark plugs/coils and sway bar bushings... and it has done almost nothing but tow a boat it's entire life. However, those engines cruise at 1600RPM @ 60 MPH.

Honestly, i change the oil around 7-10k miles w/ oem filters and castro/mobil 1/Eneos syntheti oils. I don't even remember the last time the spark plugs were changed. Haha. Most of these are just highway miles; i'd say about 90% of time I'm on highway.
