Sorry to hear that your car got totaled. Was it RWD or AWD? The amount that they're offering you sounds roughly in the ballpark for an IS in your year, engine, and options. If anything, I would say that you could take the payout that you get and buy a brand new 2012 IS250 for a significant deal off MSRP. I bought a 2012 IS350 with the luxury and nav packages a month ago for roughly $42k.
