Steering wheel feels loose on is250 AWD

Default Steering wheel feels loose on is250 AWD
So ever since the snow came and cause the roads to be bumpy, my steering wheel feels loose now. It drives fine but turning isn't as tight and is a lot looser now. Any ideas what might be the cause/reason for this? It's obviously not normal. Could it be ball joints, control arms, tie rod?

The first thought I had of was lug nuts.
