Ok so I have it installed. Took 30 minutes. I also had a carbon fiber emblem insert to go along. Overall fitment was spot on, except the 2 holes that the plastic front engine cover goes into. They were too small and made me break the pins. I had to use a screw driver to make the holes bigger.

Not really clear as it was too sunny but this is what it looks like.

Close up on the grille and carbon fiber emblem insert.

Another view. The carbon fiber insert was made for the OEM grille. The OEM grille "L" layout was slightly bigger so the insert didn't cover up the entire spaces.

Overall pretty good. Grille was $60+$40 for grille and trunk emblem inserts.

Looks good man! I'll probably pick mine up in the next couple weeks. I already have the black pearl emblems, but those carbon fiber inserts look good.

Can't wait to see your pics bro. I'm liking this too, and the fact that we're both 1G1 will give me a really good idea of how it will look on mine!

Well damn! I jacked my post up somehow? I thought I was replying to your post saying that you ordered the one in the first link, and would post pics when you got it. That must have been an older post. Jeez. I really like how that looks. I was a little worried about the lower OE grill being more of a honeycomb design and the two different patterns not looking right together, but it looks fine. I'm in Raleigh, by the way.

Quick question istarzan..... Can the factory Lexus emblem be used in this grill, just in case I don't like it without an emblem at all? I already know I don't like the emblem that is pictured in the ad.

I'm in Charlotte. I used my old emblem from the old grille and applied emblem glue you can get from Walmart on the back. I used goo gone to dissolve the oem glue on the old grille and pried it off with a plastic tool I got from the precision led tool kit.

Stuck it on the emblem holder. The back of the emblem holder has 4 screws. You can go emblemless if you like.

The pic you see on eBay is just the blank backing where you stick the emblem on. You can buy New emblem if you don't want to mess with removing the old one. I was debating on getting a black pearl one from Sewell but don't think it would stand out given the carbon fiber emblem insert.

Sucks you're in Charlotte. I'm from Charlotte originally but don't get back down there very often. I will shoot you a PM the next time I do though. Thinking VERY hard about ordering this grill. The more I look at the vertical chrome bars in the factory grill, the less I like it.
