Thanks for the heads up! I'm not sure how happy I would be about the misalignment... I looked through the thread and it looks very off but I wonder if it's because the shots are so close. Does it look more flush from a distance?

They actually have a video showing you how to install it. Looks pretty straight forward. Pop the old one out. Plug the new one in to a pre-existing plug, snap the new one in. Done.

Actually it also depends on your year car and package.

*For 2006 model years - Illuminated Door Sill upgrade only applies to IS models equipped with Sport or Luxury Package.
**2010-2013 IS models are not plug and play (inc 2008 IS-F)
