Clearly out of your league considering that you don't even know what tool to use to "grind" the caliper. How do you know what the thickness between the inner well of the piston and the outer wall of the housing is? How can you predict that cast iron won't cracks under the pressure of the hydraulic fluid or withstand the heat stress of an emergency braking event once you weaken that structure?
Do yourself and everyone you share the road with a favour and use a spacer or sell the wheels.
Wow you're an idiot if you thing wheel spacers are any safer. Unless you have extended wheel studs i would NEVER recommend spacers. ya 2 1/2 rotations on your wheel lugs is a much safer alternative

Ok Low Life, name calling is not only not tolerated on here, but a bit much given that you're the one asking for advice. if you don't like the advice, maybe ignore it.
i'll give you one other piece of advice though - maybe take it to an experienced performance/tuner shop and ask their opinion of the situation.
for now, you've had plenty of feedback. so this is closed.
