Default Disabling TPMS on IS250

Hello,
I was wondering if anything has changed in regards to disabling TPmS on my 2009 IS. I read a previous post that stated that it was not possible but I was wondering if that changed.
I will be installing winter tires and rims which are aftermarket without sensors.
Thanks in advance,
Chris

Another idea is I had an inflatable hand truck/Dollie tire with all 4 of my sensors inside. Then inflated and kept in my trunk.
