Default Looking for cosmetic mods (int/ext). Show off and give me some ideas!

Long story short... I came within seconds of trading my IS350 in yesterday on a C350. Decided to keep the car, so the $2500 that I was going to put down I have decided to put into the car. Im looking for some interior and exterior mods...( spoilers, rims, LED headlights/tail lights etc...) Here is your chance to post some pictures and show off, Id like to see what things look like. Thanks -Steven

$2500? lets see how much that can get. Its a start but wont take u far.
Should be able to get you everything in that small list except for the rims.
But i would start off with coilovers

Everyone is correct, $2500 will not get you much, but if you are smart about it, you can stretch it out and get enough to keep you interested and satisfied with your IS for the time being.

For starters, you should always check out the classifieds section and vendors section of this forum. You will find great deals on new and used parts. Nothing wrong with used or second hand parts as long as they are in good working condition.

If I had $2500 to spend, I would get springs or coil overs, intake, exhaust, sway bars, HIDs, tint, and JDM visors. That might be close to $2500 or a little over. Then after I would get rims, body kit, roof spoiler, LED interior etc.

Good luck.

depends on what you want / like, but $2500 will not go very far maybe coils and exhaust.

Brutally honest arn't ya'll... haha
I have seen 19' in IS-F rims for 695.00 on ebay, not OEM but does not bother me...

Initial G The Car already has HID's.. We're you thinking of something different?

I like the idea of tint for the tail lights, I have also found some front spoilers for as low as 350 or so....
2500 dollars is just a start, I was not going to keep the car so I had decided to not put any money into it. But since I have decided to keep it I think I am going to spend a little money on it!! Excited about my options!! Im not really looking for any performance MODs or exhaust, im very pleased with the car being stock!

$2500 wont get you far on big ticket items but WILL get you alot of the smaller, more common items.

Intake about $150-$200
Roof Spoiler $89 shipped and painted. From OEM.thing on ebay.
Complete car LED bulb replacements about $70-$100
HID's about $50
Fsport Sway bar $150
Fsport shift **** about $60
Illuminated sills $250
Springs $250
s4play diffuser $200 (I have one for sale )
Visors $300
midpipe $250

and many more

I know it's just a start, but were you not looking for honesty?

I'm used to authentic parts:

Wheels $2k+
full kit: $3k+
Full exhaust: $1k+
headers: ~$750
headlights: $1300 if they're still on sale
Tires: $750+
coils: $650+
OR
Springs: $200

Can't get many major items to start off if you support real parts. Just saying. But plenty of options to get your car to not look stock with $2500

Best bang for buck that would give you a new appreciation for the car is all suspension IMO. Get good coils, F+R F-Sport sway bars, and camber and toe kits if you think you'll need them.

Coils ~$1300
Sway bars ~ $400
Camber and toe kits $300-$400
4-wheel alignment $75-$200

If that's ur budget I would just spend it on a drop and a nice set of wheels bc any other mod without those wont look good
