Default Installation of Wald Spoiler

I actually have an ISF but i figure theres more people with this spoiler over here...

So to remove the original spoiler and emblem I would just use fishing line right?
can u reuse the emblem or is it just better off buying a new one?

So once that is done how did you guys mount the wald spoiler? just a ****load of double sided tape?

thanks guys..

I don't know if your spoiler is bolted on inside the trunk or not I would take the liner out or consult with the ISF guys, but yes put your wald spoiler on with double sided 3m tape

I have an f sport, which has the isf spoiler. I never removed it before, but to my understanding there are bolts under the spoiler attached to the trunk.

If it's OEM then it probably is bolted on
Even the IS250/IS350 regular versions with the OEM tiny trunk lip is bolted on
Factory normally wouldn't cheap out on these and just use double-sided tape, I'm sure they want 200% security

For the emblems you can reused them. Get the thinnest double sided tape you can find. Stick the tape to the emblem then cut it with an exacto knife. Try to keep the edge of your tape a little to the inside of the emblems edge.

For the emblem,

use floss instead of fihsing line. This way you dont scratch your car. It would also be best to have a heat gun and or hair dryer handy.

Heat up the emblem, then use the floss to break hrough te 3m and remove the emblem

Holes? Yup. There are 2 pins from the emblem for the 2 holes on the spoiler in order for it to be lined up correctly.

removing the stock isf spoiler there are 4 bolt i believe, 2 on each side and then there are like 7 clips which by pulling it will pop out and also there's double sided tape.
