Default Would you rather have nice wheels or a shiny brand new looking car?

Debating on this for the past week. I just got my ssr wheels repolished and now I want a new paint job. The whole passenger side of my car is fading due to the previous owner taking it to one day paint before he sold the car. I got quoted $2500 for a stage 3 diamond black paint job which is 3 layers of paint and 3 layers of clear coat. Good shop and has a lifetime warranty.

Im debating if I should sell my wheels to get this paint job cause for now I can only have 1.

I have ssr ms1 wheels steplipped that's semi aggressive. Took me aWhile to get this set which is why I Don't want to let this set go.

What would you guys do?

I will sell the wheels, and get refresh paint job if the paint now in the bad shape?, I rather have a new looking car than the wheels, and also you might find some other wheels you like more than the current wheels you are having now good luck the decision is still on you.

"Yea buddy! Rolling like a big shot, Lexus tuned up like a NASCAR pitstop. Fresh paint job [Check]! Fresh inside [Check]! Is the outside frame in the trunk wide? [Yes]! Are the rims big? [What]! Do it ride good? [Good]! Lean back right hand on the pinewood." Never the less - get that paint job!

$2500 to re-paint the whole car? That actually sounds a bit on the cheap side. Even though I think it's silly to judge a product by the price, I think I'd have to be somewhat weary of the quality in that case.

Keep the wheels, save up, and have both!

If you sold the wheels, what would you be riding on?

My recommendation is to hold off on paint. Who knows, maybe next week or the week after someone is going to hit or scratch your car paint.

Quick Reply: Would you rather have nice wheels or a shiny brand new looking car?
