2010 f sport upper grille fits 2012 is250?

hi, sewell is having a closeout, and they are selling the upper f sport grille for cheap. it says 2010 model and i have 2012.. will it fit my car? lexus.sewellparts.com/closeout.html

No, it will only fit 2009-10. You need one from a 2011-13.

anyone know if it fits on 06-08 since its not the chrome piece but only the insert.

No, it will only fit 09-10. 06-08 and 11-13 are different.
