Default New front Grille on my IS350, what do you think?

Hey everyone, so I got this new ISF style grille for my IS, with a black badge insert, Which I thought would look cool if I wrapped the "L" in carbon fiber...

ANYWAYS... the question is... Shall I paint the chrome surround of the grill black or at least get some carbon fiber wrap around it so it looks almost black???

OR

Shall I leave it chrome as is?

What do you say people??

I would leave the chrome unless you plan on blacking out the headlights/foglights.

Looks good, but I would recommend blacking out your chrome to make it match... almost looks like your chrome logo fell off with all the other chrome pieces. Keep us updated on your decisions!

And as far as Black vs CF. Couldn't go wrong either way, cf might be a bit more expensive tho

^ I agree with what he said, looks like your emblem fell off.. Plus the 2 holes beside it are ugly..

my suggestion is if you like CF, I would first CF wrap the "L" emblem and then install it.

Well this grille came basically as is, 1 peice... I dont think I can stick on the stock chrome emblem on there.... But then again it makes me wonder why there are those 2 holes near the emblem....

Thanks for the opinions though!!

you're supposed to mount the oem "L" emblem on it. thus the reason for the emblem insert.

like a few others have said, it looked like the oem "L" emblem fell off.

as far as matching the grill surround, paint both the same color. plasti-dip works well, imo.

Leave the emblem chrome. Looks terrible without it currently. This is still a luxury sport sedan

The proportions are off the way it is... the L looks too thick.

I would mount it the emblem back... if you like CF, wrap the emblem or if you like black, paint it/plastidip it.
