Pretty cool mod but the only thing is mine are full of crap,napkins,CD's water bottles etc...

Nice! Quick, cheap, and easy. Would be even better if you could wire them to the dimmer switch that controls the dash/needle brightness. Then you could have the light in the door panel on all the time, instead of only when the door is open. You could also control the brightness of the strip so that it doesn't affect you while night driving.

I'm sure theres a way to do it! It shouldn't be more than tapping into the wire that controls the dimmer.

why not connect it to the footwell light so it will dim when you put the car in drive

Everyone that sits in my car loves this mod... If both my footwell leds stop work is it likely my fuse?
