Nice! Quick, cheap, and easy. Would be even better if you could wire them to the dimmer switch that controls the dash/needle brightness. Then you could have the light in the door panel on all the time, instead of only when the door is open. You could also control the brightness of the strip so that it doesn't affect you while night driving.

I'm sure theres a way to do it! It shouldn't be more than tapping into the wire that controls the dimmer.
This is a easy DIY. You just purchase a 15 led strip and place it side door compartment, you bring the wires under the bottom of the door and splice it into the door led. Opinions?
does anyone that has done this have any pictures of the wiring? i have a few LED strips i can do this with.
