Default Coils/ lowering Springs DIY

I've searched high and low on this forum and was unable to find a DIY for lowering springs or coil overs. Since I'm going to put on my s-techs this weekend I needed a DIY just for assurance and came across this:

http://www.isfanatics.com/forums/sho...d.php?p=641101.

It looks like this will help out all the DIY'ers out there. Pictures are included! If I'm not too lazy I'll try to write one up but this one is pretty thorough.

I used the one in the DIY/FAQ sticky and it came out just fine, but I like the link that you posted better... Where the hell was this when I was dropping my wife's car? BTW S-Techs ride smooth...
