Just purchased a bnib v-leds 9005 led kit and with out the drl module plugged in they work only on high beam, and we've literally tried what seems to be everything and they will not work as drl, still only high beams, anyone else dealt with this problem??

check the fuse on the headlight ecu, i had same issue and it was the fuse. the ecu is located under the cover on driver side just behind the headlamp and under a smaller cover, the ecu has two push connectors to release the unit and then pull up, the 15amp fuse is the one closest to the strutt tower

I have the 9005 CREE bulb which is 5WATT each and I have the VLED drl module which take 15WATT Max....and the fuse is a 15amp but for some reason it keeps blowing my fuse but if I just run it with one DRL Module then its fine ....So today I put a bigger fuse in there a 30Amp and so far its working find with both module connected....but I heard it wasn't good to put a bigger fuse in there so is there anything that I can do I don't know if its a bad bulb or DRL Module or just the stupid car....

Yeah I figured that, I bought them off a private seller on here so I can't return them, plus I'm deploying to Afghanistan in 2 months so I'll just wait till I get back to replace them

I'm running the new 9005 decoder from V-Led and they keep blowing my fuse when I connect both so I upped the fuse to a 30 amp and now its OK so far....but I really want to keep the factory 15 amp fuse .So now just order the decoder from IJDM and if its doing the same thing there all going to go in the trash and I'll stick with my halogen.

The fuse is the weakest link in the electrical circuit, by putting a higher rated fuse in there, you're just asking for trouble. A fuse is meant to break when it exceeds the load on the circuit to prevent any further damage.
When you installed the decoder to the stock harness, did you check for polarity? If you install the decoder backwards where the positive and negative are touching, it can cause issues like a blown fuse. Keep in mind that many Lexus vehicles require the plug to be installed upside down..

The bulb I bought where from motoring max on eBay I guess it's the same company and that was not the answer I got as above.... It works fine with the 15 amp fuse but when I shut the car off and turn it on the fuse will blow...
