Who has had dealer replace complete NAV unit out of warranty?

Who has had dealer replace complete NAV unit out of warranty?
I have a couple questions.
1. Do they use the same NAV DVD from your old unit, cause my touchscreen doesn't work and can't remove it.
2. Is there an updated touchscreen unit for the older model that wont break so easily over time?
3. How much did you pay?

That doesn't specifically answer my question. I read through that as the thread has happened. Only thing I got was payment. But I need to know about the NAV disc as I want mine out.
