hey guys like i had mention in the past i had dash problems, it was getting sticky and shiny, so i called lexus HQ they ask me to take it in to a local dealer so they can take a look at it and take some picture of the dash, lucky when i went there there was a rep from the corp office there he also took a look at it, he was touching the dash to see if is sticky than he put his nails in the dash and made a mark on the dash, come comes out of the car and he ask me where has this car been serviced, i said here as westside lexus, he took a look at the service history and all my maintnence was done there im at 57k on a 07 is350, he calls me today and he said he will cover parts and labor 100%
EXACTLY what happened to me, area manager happened to be at the dealership when I showed up. Congrats on the new dash, your gonna fall in love with your car allllll over again trust me.
