Default Braking Issue

Hey everyone I am having a problem with my car. I did some research on the site first and it looked like the problem was the brake pads and shims. I took it to Lexus and they could not duplicate the sound but replaced the pads and shims in the front of my car. About 2 weeks later the same problem.

Here is what I am experiencing. When slowing down as the tire is going around I can actually hear and feel a clunk noise in the brake pedal. Also the last second before I come to a complete stop the car makes a clunk noise that I can hear and feel feel in the pedal. To me it sounds like it is coming from the front. It doesn't seem like anything is wrong it is just rather annoying when I stop. I am going to take the rims off this weekend and have a look for myself. Has anyone experienced this problem? Any help would be appreciated!

We had the same problem with my wifes GS300. God, it was ANNOYING! We did the same thing to no avail. The only way we were able to make it stop was sell the car....sorry....
