The poster put that info on FB. Pretty high price imo.

This unit really looks promising and after spending almost a year searching for a solution to get some nav and multimedia features for my car I reached the point where I'm willing to take the risk and buy this unit without having any feedback on it.

I sent a message on facebook and tried to contact Dongguan Asvegen Electronic on Alibaba and e-mail.
Unfortunately i got no response... someone more lucky and already in contact with them?

Got reply from Asvegen Electronic. They said they're not ready to sell the unit yet. The promise to be ready by the end of this month. I will follow up by the end of this month.

thats good news. but not sure about the quality of this one. and the RAM is really low ... i suppose noone has try it yet to post some videos...

cost of those devices are around 300-400 already (especially if it is good hardware) I think cheapest you may get would be 600-700 for it. the guys selling it for 1250$ maybe original manufacturers who need to include prototyping and development costs but soon, everyone will copy them and sell for a little more than hardware cost. I'm definitely not buying unknown device for 1250$, so, hoping for prices to go down.

Hello guys, here is the newest answer from thonzer. Seems like they are working on an update to fix some of the software issues. But I doubt that this will fix the sound- and bluetooth quality problems:

I think it could be possible that a software update will fix the sound issues. But the airbag light will need a new plug or something like a resistor.

Received word from Asvegen Electronic again that the 10.2 inches unit will not be available until june. However they are offering me a unit that is exactly same as Thonzar's for 450USD. But frankly, after seeing 10.2 inch, I want that one, not thonzar unit even though it is 450usd now. How are you guys think?

is it for the old 2nd gen is or for the new ( there is a difference in the a\c vents.. dont know about the wiring)
Is it sutiable for the original pioneer or mark levinson??
Is there a need for manual wirings?? Or it have a one on one harness??
is there any additives with the unit like: gps antena?? Rear cam?? Optional rear seat screen??
