I think that only applies to the rear GFX lip. And I dont think its necessary, double sided tape works just fine

Only OEM stuff require cutting and drilling, like oem trunk spoiler, gfx front lips, gfx rear

Depends on the shop.
My buddy got an entire lip kit for his Accord and he got it painted at Acura for $600
I think I am going to pull the trigger on these today....got my paint situation sorted out, anyone know how hard it will be to install this kit? or have a link to a DIY?
