I like the fully loaded BRZ unlimited version except the front black bumper. It's just 50/50 personal choice.

The more power version BRZ STI 250hp NA, and the toyota supercharger up to 320hp already in the works. They both will be coming soon some times next year hopefully !

If it not enough then maybe you can hope for the BRZ GT300 version against w/ GTR & R8... j/k

Any source on either actually being officially produced?

Last I heard that 320hp thing is a 3rd party concept/show car, nothing production and nothing from Toyota.

The STI AFAIK a marketing guy for Subaru said they were "working on" but nothing specific about performance numbers other than "NOT forced induction"

If there's more recent news on either I'd love to hear it- my wife wanted one of these until she heard the disappointing power #s

It same here in US for the last several months. The FRS/ BRZ was all reserved and deliver to only by preordered owners. Now they have available and allocated very limited few for each dealer but it's just sold like hot pan cake if you dont hunting or get there in time ! - especially for those hot trend color with M/T

Quite underpowered IMO. 200 HP/150 torque with fuel economy that is practically the same as a IS350? (19/27)

I'm not asking for a date, I'm asking you to link me to somebody actually from Toyota stating they will be producing a supercharged model.

Because again the car you linked to before was a 3rd party concept race car, not a pre-production model of a real street car they're going to make.

There are hidden sources out there to find! Toyota not going to let the official infor leaked when the current model just released. The car has a platform that capable of way more power to throw at it. So far 250hp is more like it, and if anything above that would be epic ! Just wait and see.

25/34. My average local and freeway drive about 32. This car is not underpowered as the IS250. It has enough fun power for me at any local street, freeway, and curved ramps. Go take the 86 steering wheel for a real spin experience b/c the stats sheet would never show the ride. It's a good handling package car not the straight line power car category.

hahaha .... that 86 air-bag logo will cost me an arm&leg unless you give me 50% off then I may considering. But thanks for your info, I will contact you if I need any thing for sure. The GT86 rear emblem, the jdm fog light, and the GT86 center A/C HVAC console is a nice piece equipment to upgrade

My last M/T was 83 Celica GT that I enjoyed for so much miles for so long and that was it. I test drove the 2 version MT & AT in March before the car was officially launch in June 1st thru my younger brother currently engineer for eibach. My daily traffic on I-5 between LA and OC is killing me so I picked the AT with 3 months of decision. The important factor was my unselffish enough that I want to have my wife share this EPIC 86 car. I want her to have the experience once in a lifetime of what is the true sport car ride feel about. The feel that make the Porsche 911 ride legendary. Now this is it I'm no longer need to wait for the luxury boxster, cayman, & 911 when I'm retired. I'm enjoying like it now. There was two 911 oldies owner non-stop turning head at my 86 today at traffic light in Irvine
Just to share my 2cents.
