im just trying to get Sewell to reply back to either my emails i sent or the PM's i sent them about replacing my headlights again. Im sure they may be busy, but im still waiting. hopefully they are not just trying to ignore it. anyone had any issues with Sewell responding to anything lately?
Emailed replied, sent headlights

If it is within 1 year, probably. Parts from Lexus come with a 1-year warranty.

You're better off speaking with Sewell, they do some modifications to the lights before they send them out, if you just got a new set from another Lexus dealer, they wouldn't just plug in and work.

sorry for the excessive questions, but what kind of modifications were you referring to? is that something the local dealerships would deem as after market?

Took my car in for service today and the service person told me that he needed to look at something on my car. He came back and told me that my headlights had some bubbles. He said he would get them replaced. I knew about the bubbling issues that people had, but I didn't mention it to him. I knew that my light had a little bubbling, but I wasn't going to replace them yet. But since he brought it up, they can replace them! Didn't mention anything about a TSB. We'll see when I get my car back...

Make sure they give you the 2012+ headlights, at least one person here got the older 2011 lights in error.

My headlights were replaced under the TSIB 005-12. The part numbers are 81145-53540 and 81185-53540. Not sure if these are the new or old parts. Either way, these don't have the bubbles. If they bubble in the next two years, I can get them replaced again...Have a great long weekend everyone!
