headlight high beams drl help?

my fog light does not work and i pull wrong fuse H-LP UPR headlight high beams.i find the fuse flew for my fog and now my fog light working but my headlight highbeams stop working.i want to know if when i pull out the fuse headlight high beams and i start the car without put the fuse back.is it also turn off the headlight highbeam?anyone please help?
