Take a picture of the side walls of your tires to show sizes, and take a picture of your sticker in the door that shows tire size. That's all you need.
With exhaust, take a picture of your exhaust and show that it's a factory option from the Lexus website. This will get tossed. Same thing with the 335's exhaust. Vehicles which are sold in Canada are deemed to be within spec of Canadian standards, options included. If they weren't road legal, the dealers can't sell them as such.
These tickets will almost certainly be tossed. I live in Calgary FWIW.

Having received many fix tickets in the 80's these are a few I remember
1. Too low- car had to be 7" off the ground and cops had this thing they roll under cars to make sure it cleared. It was a fix ticket.
2. Tires too wide or sticking out of the body- back then we used spacers and 8-12" lip wheels on mini-trucks. Fix ticket
3. Not enough thread on tires- fix ticket
4. broken windshield wiper- fix ticket
5. no horn- fix ticket
All fix tickets were cleared by CA. Highway Patrol
These and other fix tickets were just a way to break or stop the crousing that was going on all over Los Angeles Co. It did work!!
Good luck

They used to park in the middle of the Blvd. or at park exits ("raids") and pull people over. If some people had all their paperwork in order, they would proceed with a visual car inspection. They saw I had this special steering wheel and figured I had no horn. They asked me to press it and it did not work. Ticket!! I don't know how picky cops are now days, but they were really picky before.

I've had a similar situation but this was in 1998. I had a modified Accord with an aftermarket Greddy exhaust. The Cali police were cracking down on illegal street racing and modified cars (of any sort). They were blanketing an area near the In-n-Out down the street since this was the local hangout for the kids and modified cars.
That night I was going home late and I was hungry so I wanted some burgers. Needless to say, a cop waiting in a side street and pulled me over after he heard me pass. He ticketed me for excessive exhaust noise. He tried to get me for more illegal modifications by looking under the hood. But everything was stock.
Another patrol car pulled over a Mercedes because it had HIDs, which at the time were new. And they thought it was another modified "ricer".
I tried fighting it in court but it didn't matter much. They could care less that it was manufactured by Greddy and they had noise compliance. I hope you have better luck in court.

This would not be the same in-n-out on Whittier and Paramount by Whittier Narrows?
The lake and the Blvd. brings me so many good memories from the late 80's.
Summer
hot chicks
and a nice upholstery on the back of your minitruck.
