Default Tire options to fit the stock RIM 17"?

My IS250 uses the stock tires and RIMs 225/45R17. It is time to change the tires. I don't want the low profile tires so would want to see if any available tires out there that have higher tire wall greater than 45 and fit the stock RIMs 17"??? -Thanks!

Good qusestion. Not sure what sizes are available for the 17"

Are you having problems on the the road that you don't want to keep the stock sizing? If you're willing to go to a 16" option, you can but it maybe a challenge obtaining the correct wheel.

Lexus Japan however does have 16" option. 205/55R16

yes, the road noice and harsh drive make me sick of the low profile tire.

I got new tires 2 weeks ago from discount tires. I picked out a set of Yokohamas but when they went to put them on they only had 3 in stock.. So I had them put on 235/45/17, since it's a little wider it makes the side wall a little bigger. I think it helps fill the wheel wells a little better and I've noticed the difference. Pot holes are less harsh but I stil have good control. Go to a tire shop I'm sure they can point you in the right direction
