Default Hooking up subs with my factory head unit

I have a 2010 is 250 Im trying to splice into the postive and negtive speaker wires to hook up my SNI-15 line output converter. I want to do it right there at the stock amplifier in the trunk. can any one help me out please? Im just not sure witch wires to splice. Thanks.
