H&R spring on what setup?

For those with h&r spring and oem shock, what wheel and tires setup are u running? And did it rub? What's is a safe setup to run with 18" or 19" rim and tires.

I'm planning to get H&R so far with stock wheels (225/45R17) and planning to get 18s later on!
