You don't need one. I have a Volt kit for my fog lights and using projectors but it doesn't flicker at all.

Mine doesn't flicker either but I've only had mine installed for a few days so far.

I don't have any extra cables. Mine works fine. One of the brightest hid kits I've ever seen.

You can just pull the fender liner back and make it work but it'll be easier just to take off the bumper to avoid some headaches. I did it by myself with no problems.

only issue I have for the volt kid for my fogs.. is IF I leave my light settings on "Auto", and start my car on with that setting. The fog lights will not turn on, couple times it did.. but only 1 side turned on. The head lights turn on just fine tho..

So I just have to manually turn on my headlights. Hopefully in the long run in the long run it doesn't damage anything.

But if my car is on and driving, with the "auto" option, everything turns on lowbeams/fogs. So I guess its not enough power going to the fogs at start up, But i remember a member bought the relay kit to fix this issue, but still no progress.

Anyone else with this issue?

Only need a relay wire harness if it's a 55w kit. If its 35w kit then oem wiring is okay.

How about installation, my friend recommended me not to HID my fogs because the IS fog compartment is very small, no room for ballast?

There is plenty of room to install HIDs in the fogs. Take off your bumper and you will see several places to put the ballasts.

Might want to talk with XenonDepot about that.

I use Philips Ballast and my lights power on all the time and I am on Auto setting as well.
