Default Bronze Tenzo DC-5 wheels on my onyx

Looking to upgrade my current OEM wheels now that it's getting warm out. I know a lot of people hate on tenzo for being a copy-cat, but I don't really care. I'm not looking to drop many a g's for some wheels. Does anyone think this bronze on black set up would look legit on my IS250?

When I read the title to your thread I thought oh boy more fake /cheap wheels. When I opened up the link I thought those don't look so bad after all. Don't like that it says Tenzo on the lip butilike the bronze.

Yeah they aren't bad looking actually. My only concern is how they'll look on the IS. They do have an open concept which wouldn't bad if I had some brembos or something. The other thing is that I can't really get an idea of the color bronze these are. I've never gone with a black car on bronze/gold wheel setup before, and I don't want to end up looking ridiculous.

Any other thoughts out there? What about offset, wheel width, spacing/rubbing, tire gap between the fenders...how will these look aesthetically on the car. I don't really want to drop the car bc this is my DD, but I also don't want to look like I'm floating on oversized wheels.

black cars with gold/bronze wheels is a good color combination IMO. if your going for the tuner/aggressive look go for it. obviously not everyone will like it because everyone has different opinions so its really up to you as its your car. as for ride height you might want to consider at least getting springs for a minimal drop on a budget. stock height already looks like its floating on air.

and for wheel/tire specs take a look at this thread:
https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...tart-here.html

there's tons of good info on here, only thing is there's a crap load of pages. but take your time and read up and all your questions will be answered. GL.

Black or dark grey and bronze/gold wheels are generally a WIN! I like those wheels too, but the stickers along the lip would have to go!

If you don't care about reps...like at these perhaps :

I'm sure what type of offset they come in. And that's my only concern is buying a wheel with some stupid offset and then have to get spacers. I'd rather get something that has a good offset to begin with. For those Euro Tek on ebay, will x9.5 and x10.5 be too wide? I've only had my IS for a little while so I'm quite sure of it's limits for aftermarket wheels

I just found this site that has the Tenzo's listed with different types of offsets:

And here is another cheap wheel in a darker bronze, any opinions on these?

those would look good. if you want post a thread in the photoshop section and have some chop those wheels onto your car to give you a better idea of how they will look..
