Thanks for the pics Hoovey.. I think on the thread starter the corners are showing their original color though..
I did this on my '08.. like it a lot more.. and if you want a darker shade just double tint =)

wow, looks awesome! i am trying to do the same thing. i think the purple looks girly. what did you use to create stencils? i was thinking of tracing it with paper first then using that to create cardboard cutouts. not a great plan
. any thoughts?

Looks good on a black car
It gives the rear a more aggressive look.

I didn't want to take too much away from the 11' tails. Therefore, It was intentional...

Blacked-out turn signals and backup lights on a black IS... that's actually a really damn cool idea. I like it a lot. Looks good, man.

Very clean look! A prime example of less is more. You've got me considering this mod. Interested in a side job? Lol

Thx..It wouldn't hurt to try as it is easily reversible. We will meet for a mini shoot, considering you live in T-Dot.

Looks Gr8. I want to do this to the reverse lights on my 06 tails. Ive seen numerous MB S500's with the turns and reverse lights smoke kinda what inspired me.
