Default Anybody have the hankook v12 tires??

i will need new tires soon and i have heard a lot of good reviews on these tires. I currently have the Dunlop Sport Maxx SP. Although they ride nice they are a bit noisy on the open road. Tire Rack and Discount Tire has the Hankook's at a good price. Just like to hear feedback on tires that are going on what i drive and not what someone else drives. I recently got a 07 IS350.

Quite a few folks have em, myself included... good tire for the $ so long as you know not to use them in the snow (and be real easy on em in dry if the temp goes much under 35-40 degrees)

No noise issues, much better traction than stock tires... and I've got about 15k miles on mine with no signs of wear issues.

Thanks for the info. I live in Alabama, it's mostly warm and hot weather here. Winter's are not bad at all. I think i will go with them.

I have since 1 week, they are smooth and quiet. Price is very good compared to Michelin tire.

Great tires. IMO, they are definitely the best bang for the buck.

on my 3rd set and will never buy again. during those 3 sets, ive gone through 3 side bubbles. they have weak sidewalls and are beefy on the tire edges (matters if u are drop pretty low). prices has gone up due to its popularity and isnt bang for the buck anymore. overall they are descent tires but not for me nor my driving habits as they break loose more often than the toyo t1r i had before.

I have a set of them and they have been fine. Not as nice as the Pilots but spent much much less on them.

I have not seen the prices going up. Check onlinetires.com - prices look to be stable. Fronts $160 bucks rears $190. I had my local Lexus dealer price match onlinetires.

Looks like they are having a sale with rebates and free shipping on the Michelin Super Sports.

I've had the V12s for a little over a year now. Better grip in wet or dry over the oem bridgestone tires, and cheaper. Soft sidewall for a smooth ride. I would buy another set though. If you have had bubbles in your tires, it could be the roads you drive on.

I like my Hancook's. I'd buy them again and I read reviews on Tire Rack. They're just a step below Michelin PS2's and cheaper.
