Check vsc and check engine light slip off light is on help
I Took the battery off and the light goes off for 1min and come back on

Without scanning it for the code no one can tell you what wrong. So get the code for the CEL then let us know. Without it can be hundredth of things.

K tx well do I took the muffler thats in the middle of the off could it be that

yes it could be that. i think u took of the rear cat. and the computer monitores the cat too.. but without a code number no one can tell...
