Doesnt matter if they have installed them before. Question still is if your 100% that there on there. Take your rims off and check to see if have it on. Google if you dont know how they look like. Ask the company who you bought the rims from if these are hub centric for you lexus 60.1 bore. Then you can come back and let us know.

what i would do is get the hub rings for ur rims and then a full alignment just to be safe. and drive it around for a month check ur tires and if its eating u need to get camber kit. Dont avoid ur camber problems or ull be broke paying for tires!!

Wouldn't this be caused because you're running a staggered setup with AWD?!? My understanding is you risk damaging the drivetrain any time the front and rear tire/wheel diameter differs by as little as 1%. I'm not an expert but I've seen enough posts about AWD to know it's a bad idea to run a staggered setup like you are.

Hopefully they are the correct size hubcentric rings.
Did you say you had spacers? They fitting well?
Why don't you take it back to the shop that put them on for you and have them look over everything. They should for free as it may be something they did.

I think the main problem is that you have different profiles on the front and back tires making your wheels' diameter (height) different, which is a no no on AWD. Staggered setups are not recommended for AWD but acceptable to a certain extend and if done right (less than 5% difference and depending on the car) what everybody seems to agree is the diameter or height of the wheel NEEDS to be exactly the same in all the wheels in an AWD.
Way to fix it:
225/35/19 on the front
255/35/19 on the back
Don't just take my word, I'm not an expert, but maybe you can research on that a little more or tell the shop about this, I really think this is what could be causing the problem

Running stagger is safe if you choose the rite tires. As this AWD is 30 front and 70 rear so it like RWD with a bit of help up front.

Def. check the hub rings and make sure they are the right ones, I have 19x8.5 and 19x9.5 with 19/35/225 and 19/30/265 tires along with Hub Centric rings and have been perfectly fine. Like people with AWD said before it is okay to RUN staggered on a AWD as long as you do it right. Hope everything works out for you.
