Default 50K and just getting started: A list of everything replaced so far.

Hey guys and gals.... Just hit 50K this weekend. I am looking forward to another 50. Here is a list of things that I have replaced since the begining.
1. Tire Pressure Sensor (under warrenty)
2. Waterpump (under warrenty)
3. Dash Rattle TSB (under warrenty)

I ALWAYS keep up to date on my maintanance. I plan on doing Brake Pads this summer so I will let you know how worn those are. Love the car and I dont think the next 50K will be much different. I also run a bottle of Techron through a tank of gas the tank before I change the oil... to date I have had no real problems.

Others with 50K what problems have you had so far?

Previous owner :

-fuel tube replaced by dealership
-A/C in-cabin leak...carpet replaced by dealership
-water pump replaced by dealership
-spring recall, done by dealership

Me :

-Fuel sensor recall
-Master cylinder "cup" recall
-Tires
-Front brakes
-Front rotors
-Shocks/springs...replaced with BCRs, my choice obviously

Other than the TSIBs, recalls, and usual preventative maintenance I've had zero complaints with my '06 350!

Individual, do you know why the fog light connectors burnt? I am currently running 3000k Putco bulbs and am now worried. Should I just go back to stock?

Im under 50k and every thing ive done has been a recall or warranty except:

Brakes at 30k or so + two front rotors
This is technically my 2nd set of tires however Ive had temporary tires from wheels I was just testing for about 5k each twice so subtract about 10k of miles.

No complaints

If your bulbs are a higher wattage than the factory lights, you run the risk of burning the OEM wires. You see this a lot with Honda's and stuff where they run 100w lights in 35-55w connectors As long as the bulbs you replace your OEM's with are at or below what the factory bulbs are, you shouldn't have any issues though.

Thanks killa...I'm pretty sure the Putco bulbs are the same wattage, so I should be good.

I've replaced the HID headlight bulbs and the battery. Other than that, the usual stuff - wiper blades, filters, oil. Oh yeah, just did the spark plugs at 61k. Piece of cake. Brakes pads next. I love how easy this car is to work on (thanks to this forum of course! )

As long as you are running low wattage or near the correct wattage of 51w, you should be fine. I was running 70w which caused it to burn out.

OP (RAMAIR), is it just me, or does the temp gauge in your pic look funny? I think mine is normally to the left of the little temp pic on the dash i'll have to go look at lunch.

Good eye, I just noticed that too. It does look different than my '06 350.

Hmm, I just had my Waterpump done..... It seems that it NEVER gets up to the 1/2 way point like it use to.... I think there is a bad angle in the photo. I think the new fluid keeps it cooler then it was at 40K miles.
