Default window swithes flash then master switch will not work with back window?

I had some work done on a door at a body shop, battery died, when i got car back all the switches on the master control were flashing, and the right rear door that was taken off and worked on,but all windows worked, now the swiches dont flash but the master control wont work with rear passenger door, any ideas?
I read you have to program all window switched again,I tried that in the online discription here but its not workin?

Happened to me as well. Freaked out for a good two hours. All you have to do is make sure window lock ain't on. Then push on the ignition button twice without stepping into the break. Then lower all four Windows using the button on each door and not the master. Only lower it half way down for all 3. Then roll them all up (using button on each door not master) and when it hits the top, just keep holding onto the button for another 1-2 seconds. Then start your car. All your Windows should work with the master control again.

thanks, got it on the third try,ill add to that you must take the window most the way down and do it from inside the car with all doors shut and if you have sun roof you must do that one as well to reset the master...

Awesome. I changed my battery last night and noticed this morning my windows weren't functioning... after some anger and a brief panic, Club Lexus to the rescue once again! Thanks!

This is interesting.. I didn't have to close the doors, and I'm not sure what you mean about the sun roof but mine continued to work fine.

Happened to me also. Got windows tinted all window switch lights flashing. I believe you do one window at a time by holding the window switch up a few seconds then down which should lower the window. I believe it's been while lol.

Glad you got it fixed. I suggest everyone read the FAQ at the top of the threads.
